Mixing it up

Now that my marathon training is over, I'm enjoying doing other fun fitness activities!

Last week, Brad and I took off to Olympic National Park for some climbing and backpacking.

Mount Ellinor summit:
I've done two runs this week with a couple stadiums thrown in the middle of each.
 I've also be doing Jillian Michaels's 30 Day Shred video just for fun:
I'm up to Day 8 and dreading going up to the next level. It looks hard! (PS - I'm not looking to lose 20 pounds like the box says. Just want to add some other stuff to my workouts)

Went walking this afternoon with childhood friend Laura, and Brad and I are gearing up to drive to Portland and explore the river paths on our bikes
