Marathon training with Keanu Reeves

Life has been crazy these past few weeks with work, family, Spring Break... you know, life stuff.

But my training is still on track, with my marathon just three weeks away!!!
I've been doing my short runs on the treadmill, most recently while watching this classic film:
I finished it last night. I'd forgotten how Johnny Utah yells "F*ck it!" and jumps out of the plane sans parachute to go after Bodhi. GOOD STUFF!


Anyway... here's a look at my training (because I know you're all dying to know what I've been up to!)

Week 18 training recap:
Sunday: 18.06 miles
Monday: rest day
Tuesday: elliptical/hill walk
Wednesday: 3.25 miles
Thursday: stationary bike
Friday: hike Squak Mountain
Saturday: rest day
Week 18 Total: 21.31 miles

Sunday: Shamrock Run - 9.5 miles
Monday: moving Grandpa
Tuesday: moving Grandpa
Wednesday: 3.5 miles
Thursday: rest day
Friday: 3.25 miles
Saturday: 4.39-mile walk
Week 17 Total: 16.25 miles

Tuesday: 3.1 miles
Wednesday: strength training
Thursday: 3.25 miles
Friday: rest day
Saturday: strength training, 2.15 miles
