Week 10: Done!

I got lots done today: reading, napping, cleaning, laundry, Super-Bowl-party decorating. It was a good day :)

My legs are tired from yesterday's long run, so I decided to hit the treadmill for just a couple slow miles to just stretch things out.
I managed 2.06 miles before deciding that was good enough.
While life was pretty crazy, it was a good week in the training department.

Week 10 training recap:
Sunday: Rest Day
Monday: 5.05 miles
Wednesday: spin class
Thursday: Rest Day
Friday: 11.19 miles
Saturday: 2.06 miles - recovery
Week 10 Total: 23.36 miles
