It was a good workout week for me!

Sunday: Rest Day
Monday: spin class
Tuesday: 3.1 miles
Wednesday: 4.05 miles - speedwork
Thursday: 4.26 miles
Friday: 9.76 miles
Saturday: Rest Day
Week 8 Total: 21.17 miles
