Good, cheap fun

With our workout out of the way early, Brad and I were looking for something fun to do after church. We decided to check out the newish Dollar Book Fair in Tigard.
It's an old storefront full of random used books.
We browsed for a while and came away with a couple mysteries and a "Breakthrough on Skis" book from 1986. Brad said he'd read through and help me with good tips on "How to get out of the intermediate rut."
Right next door is the Tigard Flea Market, which we'd always wanted to check out.
Wow. It was very interesting. People had little booths set up selling all kinds of junk. To be honest, I was a little scared and kept the exits in my sights.
We checked out all the offerings and decided we didn't need anything on this visit.

We really enjoyed the cultural experience :)
