Weekly Wednesday: M's win!!!!

Each summer, Mom, Eryn and I try to make it up to a midweek Mariners game. Weekly Wednesday: M's vs A's!
We were in the blazing sun for several innings... then came the sweet relief of the shade.
And guess what? THEY WON! They NEVER win when I'm in Seattle. SWEEP!
Eryn and I were twins :)
With a weekday game getting over about 4 p.m., we knew traffic would be extra horrendous. So instead of getting in line with all the fans and commuters, we went to Happy Hour at Fishermans on Pier 57:
We sat outside in the cocktail lounge... nice view!
The food was good but not great. And the service was bad. But the prices were terrific!

Before getting on I-5, we hit up our favorite thrift store -- the Salvation Army across the street from Qwest Century Link Field.

Eryn found Crocs for $1.49 and a couple super-cute skirts, and Mom spotted some brand-new tent stakes to use with the marching band. I came away empty handed but still had fun browsing.
